CBN Announced New Appointments

The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) on Wednesday announced new appointments into its Directorate and other cadres.
With the latest appointments, Mr. Osita Nwanisobi, who had been working in Acting Director’s capacity since October 2020, has now been elevated to Director, Corporate Communications Department.
Also appointed Directors were Mrs. Elizabeth Omolara Fasoranti, who assumes the position of Director, Branch Operations; Dr. Abdulkadir Abdullahi Jibril, Director, Medical Services and Mrs. Rashidat Jumoke Monguno, who now directs affairs in the Consumer Protection Department (CPD).
Other appointments include those of Mrs. Amina Habib, who is now the Director, Human Resources Department; Dr. Blaise Ijebor, Director, Risk Management; Mr. Chibuzo Anthony Efobi, Director, Financial Policy and Regulation and Mr. Benjamin Nnadi, who assumes the position of Director, Reserve Management.
The apex bank stated that all the appointments took effect from August 25, 2021.
